Booking a stand at our property fair is easy and tailored to your needs. Download the registration form to choose your area or booth size and send the completed application to info@veltrhnehnutelnosti.sk
After confirming the reservation and making the payment for the stand, we will take care of its complete preparation. Everything will be prepared “turnkey” according to your choice. The day before the fair, you will have the opportunity to go through your stand and make sure that everything is ready for your presentation.
What are the costs associated with attending the fair as an exhibitor?
All costs are listed in the registration form on our website – the cost depends on whether you are interested in just renting the space or building a complete stand.
What types of stalls are available and how are they differentiated in price?
The price of each stand depends on its size. All booths are turnkey, which means we provide you with a complete booth ready to use, including equipment and design. The equipment of the stand is specified in the registration form.
How is the promotion of exhibitors at the fair ensured?
The promotion of exhibitors at our real estate fair is ensured through an extensive online campaign that includes various digital platforms. Your brand and products will be featured on the real estate fair website and on social media. This online visibility will guarantee you a wider reach to potential customers and business partners.
In addition, for exhibitors who opt for the partner programme, we offer additional benefits in the form of logo/brand placement in the billboard campaign of the fair and also in the print and online media of the Jaga group publishing house (My House, ASB, TZB-Haustechnik, Building Materials, Building Management). Each exhibitor has the opportunity to take over their stand the day before the fair starts. This lead time gives you ample time to prepare and unload your own materials and products. During this preparation phase, you will also be provided with a complimentary assembly parking pass, which will allow you to freely enter and park on the premises.
In terms of technical equipment, Wifi connection and electricity are included in the equipment of each stand.
Our team will be on hand throughout the fair to ensure that all your logistical and technical requirements are met and that you can concentrate on what is most important – your presentation and relationships with potential customers and business partners.
